Area
Braddell Heights Division was established as a single constituency in 1976. It became part of the Marine Parade Group Representation Constituency in 1997. It has an area of about 3.9 square kilometres.

Population
The Division has a population about 36,000 in the HDB estates and estimated 29,000 residents in the private estates.

Housing
There are 127 Housing and Development Board (HDB) blocks with 11,658 units comprising 253 one-room, 158 two-room, 2,936 three-room, 5,576 four-room, 1,697 five-room and 1,038 executive flats and 286 shop cum dwelling units.

There are also 2,787 units of condominiums/private apartments and 2,200 units of landed houses.

Public Amenities
The public Amenities have one Community Children's Library, a Community Club, six Resident's Committee Centres, one PAP branch office, six PCF Education Centres, one Neighbourhood Police Centre, a Town Council Office, a Bus Interchange, a Post Office, one Wet Market, fourteen Child Care Centres, a Family Service Centre, a Dialysis Centre, a Junior College, two Secondary Schools, two Primary Schools, night churches, six temples. Other Amenities such as Serangoon MRT Station, Singapore Wushu Federation & Australian International School.
